AI for Real Estate Brokerages: What's Worth It in 2026
66 of the 87 tools in this directory name brokerages on their own site. A brokerage's AI jobs are different from an agent's: recruit and keep agents, keep every file compliant, respond to the leads the agents don't, and produce listing media at a volume no single agent sees.
This guide walks the brokerages page in that order: recruiting and retention, the platform, compliance, lead response, media at volume, the open house. Prices are the vendor's own, checked by hand in October 2026.
Recruit and keep the agents you have
Three tools read MLS production data to tell you who is likely to move. Relitix posts a price: XPress at $99.95/mo, month to month with a 15-day free trial, with Switch Risk AI predicting agents likely to change firms and MessageAI writing the recruiting emails; the Pro tier is priced by quote. Lone Wolf BrokerMetrics Talent runs on nightly MLS data; Talent scores each agent's likelihood to move, and the Aspen AI teammate drafts the outreach. Courted combines MLS production with 190+ data sources for predictive analytics on agent movement and AI-written recruiting messages, priced by quote. For the recruiting pipeline itself, Brokerkit is a recruiting, onboarding and retention CRM with AI Assist drafting emails and texts with tone control, from $99/mo for a Starter seat plus a one-month implementation fee.
Keeping agents productive is the other half. Shilo AI grades recorded calls 1–5 stars and runs role-play inside BoldTrail, MaverickRE grades calls and coaches on objection handling, Sisu ($399/mo plus $20 per user) runs goal tracking and AI-coached 1:1s.
The brokerage platform
BoldTrail bundles IDX websites, Smart CRM, marketing automation and back office, with an AI Assistant in the mobile app, priced by package after a demo. Rechat is an AI-first operating system brokerages buy directly: Lucy drafts marketing, builds CMAs, manages contacts and deals and writes AI Memo call summaries. Cloze, the eXp CRM of Choice, auto-logs email, calls and texts and routes leads with AI, from $17 per user per month on annual billing. Real Estate Webmasters builds custom sites and a CRM with AI call grading and chatbots, from $350/mo with a brokerage tier at $999 and up. Back At You covers back office, commissions, websites and social, with natural-language MLS search on brokerage sites; agent pricing is $750 a year plus $149 activation, and brokerage pricing is by quote.
Compliance and the file
SkySlope Suite is $340/mo with no long-term contract: Smart Assist reviews files for compliance, and Auto-Split & Assign routes documents. BrokerBot.ai trains AI teammates on the brokerage's own documents: contract review that summarizes dates and contingencies with citations, Fair Housing enforcement, PII masking and an AI receptionist, at $999/mo for a brokerage or $99/mo Solo. Paperless Pipeline prices by monthly transaction volume with unlimited users, from $69/mo, and Pipeline AI reads each uploaded contract to create the file.
Lead response at brokerage scale
Roof AI is built for brokerage websites: site-wide AI chat engages visitors, answers listing questions, qualifies leads, routes them to agents and books appointments, at $299/mo on quarterly billing (Core is $349 monthly and Intelligence $599) with a free plan capped at 5 leads a month. Verse.ai adds a human concierge who reviews the AI's chats, with CallConnect live transfers, priced by quote. On the phone, Smith.ai has a dedicated real estate answering service with live agents behind the AI, from a free 25-call plan to Pro at $150/mo and Enterprise at $500/mo.
Listing media at volume
PropTexx, a RE/MAX approved supplier, sells to brokerages, portals and MLSs: an AI staging widget, an interior design API, image tagging and AI listing descriptions, priced by quote. Imagen AI for Real Estate edits a photographer's whole shoot in the browser, with an AI disclosure watermark, from $0.22 a photo early-bird and custom pricing above 25,000 photos a year. Styldod's enterprise Smart Media Module batch-edits with Structure Lock and compliance checks, and its staging runs $23 an image ($16 in bulk). AI HomeDesign has an Enterprise plan with API and SSO for brokerages and MLSs on top of staging from $0.24 a photo, and Virtual Staging AI Enterprise is $79/mo for 150 photos with white-label and API. For tours, Matterport Business is $309/mo and Business Plus $689/mo, with Property Intelligence writing descriptions from the scan.
Open houses and showings
Cloze Open House App, available to Cloze Enterprise customers, turns sign-ins into tagged buyer contacts, flags represented buyers and triggers follow-up. SentriLock SAM comes through the association's lockbox contract and resolves showing conflicts and schedule changes. RPR is included with NAR membership, with AI CMAs and Property Insights in the mobile app for every agent in the office.
Questions worth asking in any demo
- For recruiting intelligence: which MLSs feed the scores, how often the data refreshes, and who in the office can see them?
- For compliance AI: does it cite the clause it flagged, and can the checklist be tuned to your state's forms?
- For brokerage lead response: how are leads routed to agents, and what does the agent see in their own CRM?
- For media at volume: is an AI disclosure added to the output, and can a whole listing be processed in one batch?
What a starter stack costs
Recruiting intelligence and a recruiting CRM cost about two hundred dollars a month at posted prices: Relitix XPress at $99.95/mo and Brokerkit Starter at $99/mo. Compliance review adds SkySlope Suite at $340/mo or BrokerBot.ai at $999/mo for the whole office.
Where to start
If agents are leaving, start with the recruiting intelligence tools; Relitix has a 15-day trial, and the other two show their scoring in a demo. If the files are the worry, start with compliance review. Every tool named above has its own page here with its price, trial and the date it was checked.
